I worked personally with Mike and he was not only friendly and professional, but so understanding of my situation. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all of my outstanding questions. I am not so knowledgeable in the subject of mold and mold removal and he was understanding and patient with me in his explanations. Scheduling was easy and he was very flexible.
