“My husband and I hired Pure Maintence Mold Removel to clean away mold partical spores in our home. I have suffered from blocked ears during the day. So far it has worked. I have suffered with this for 2 years. Now it's over Mike and his staff did a superior clean-up. He was in and out in one day. The air is clean and mold free. Thank you Mike and Noah”

“Excellent service. Professional, punctual, and honest. Went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!”

“Michael and his nephew showed up for our appointment exactly on time. I showed them we're my problem was. Nephew then retrieved a piece of equipment and proceeded to scan outside my home and then every square foot inside my home. Michael explored various places and showed me many places mold was forming of which I was totally unaware of and the reason why. I'm 85 years young and not completely text knowledge in this field. All explanations and corrections to do Michael explained to me in a manner that I could completely understand along with showing me damaging results on his computer to my home and explaining how they would correct them all. Also told me to replace a fan motor in my bathroom, get a new a/c filter and a hydrometer to monitor my home environment so this problem will not happen again. I explained to him how my income is extremely tight and God Bless Him for he gave me a generous discount. I am forever grateful for both of them.”

“My daughter and I have both struggled with various Health issues and our AC person recently found mold. After replacing the AC system and having the AC ducks cleaned out, I hired Pure Maintenance Mold Removal to do the dry fogging service. I cante Belice how much better we both already feel. Wow! She would wake up every morning stuffy and couldn’t breathe but that seems to have resolved and I feel much clearer.”

“I think Mike does a wonderful job. He’s very thorough and knowledgeable. He gives honest answers and he is the only one I’d use to treat mold … and get rid of it …”

“I had such an amazing experience with Pure Maintenance Mold Removal. I was in a bit of denial about the actual extent and scope of the mold growth in my home but finally congestion, sinus issues and constantly itchy skin told me I needed to explore the reality of the mold load in my home. Testing confirmed there were areas with a high mold load that would benefit from remediation. The part that surprised and delighted me was how comprehensive the service was-not just treating mold you could smell or see, but the entire ventilation system, attic, garage and every room was treated. Mike and Noah did such an exceptional job of thoroughly cleaning and addressing the mold growth and they are also just awesome, nice people dedicated to improving the environment in your home. I am so happy I chose this service and made an investment in the air quality of my home. I am breathing easier, feel better and can tell a huge difference since they performed the service. If you at all think you have a mold problem, it’s probably worse than you think and you would likely benefit from getting this service done. I wish I had done it sooner.Thank you Mike and Noah!”

“I was so blessed to find this company, I suffered with allergies prior to have my home treated. Pure Maintenance was one of three quotes, Mike was not the cheapest but I decided to use his services because I felt he was honest and most professional. I usually do not take the time to leave reviews but with my health improving I’m just grateful. My home is clean and a much safer place for my family and my pets ❤️, and that is priceless. Thank you so much!”

“Mike detected black mold in my bathroom not noticeable to the eye. It was in the air. He checked my AC and had an outrageous amount of other molds. He did his fog procedure and had an excellent result. He is a lovely person and very professional. I would definitely use him again if needed. A job well done! Thank you”

“I had previously undergone grossly expensive, traditional mold remediation in my home following a long standing roof leak. Two of my rooms were torn down to the cinderblock. That remediation process took weeks and post mold testing indicated the mold was eliminated. Two plus years later I tested positive for mold exposure even after multiple detox treatments and I needed to figure out if I still had a mold issue in my home. At the suggestion of my primary physician I reached out to Pure Maintenance Mold Removal and I am so glad I did. Mike was quick to respond; he set up an appointment for testing my home and then scheduled remediation within the week. He had a cleaning crew come in first and do an extremely thorough wipe down of every surface in my home. I have to say the house felt like new after that. The following day Mike did the fogging and antimicrobial dusting. He made everything smooth for us taking us through each step. While the house was being fogged we and our not so happy felines had to be out of the house, but this process was easy peasy and about 1/10th of the cost compared to the traditional mold remediation we had 2 years ago. I sure wish I had known about this service after I had that roof leak. So far the house feels clean, there is a slight vinegar smell that is dissipating quickly and I am breathing nicely. I will do an update as soon as I get updated mold testing for the house and for me. Thank you so much Mike!”

“Great service! Mike was professional, knowledgeable and time courteous. Thanks again Mike!!”

“I’m President of a condominium that sustained serious water damage due to a vendors negligence. While a dry out company was on the scene in hours, several of the affected condo units still needed mold inspections. The reconstruction contractors also required mold mitigation before doing repairs. Pure Maintenance was on-site within days, completed their inspection and treated the units requiring mitigation almost immediately. The process was quick, painless and professional. Definitely a go-to company.”

“Pure maintenance gives you quick and professional service with both testing and treatment. Easy to set up appointments, highly knowledgeable, and very accommodating to your needs. Highly recommend.”

“First class service, NO surprises and highest integrity!! George”

“About 2 months ago I had a bad water leak from a/c system that is installed in my attic. I had bad mold and mildew in master closets and bath just below my a/c. Everything seems dry but the smell and mustiness was thru my whole house. I called a well known remediation company and got a very high quote that entailed pulling out closet systems and replacing ceilings and maybe the walls. I decided to get another quote and in my search on google I found Mike Pierce. That was the best thing that ever happened. Mike came the next day and explained in detail the dry fog system. He was very patient with all my questions. I did not have to remove anything. He dry fogged the entire house and my whole attic . My home is 2700 sq ft plus the attic. We just had to leave the house while it was being done and he sent us pictures to update us. About 7 hours later it was all done. My house was in perfect condition. The air in the whole house is clean and fresh. The pricing is very reasonable and mike is trustworthy, polite and knowledgeable. I can't tell you how pleased we are. Do not hesitate to use Mike Pierce .”

“When I first spoke with Mike Pierce , the owner of Pure Maintenance Mold of West Palm Beach, he immediately reduced the panic I felt about the blackish substance my tenant reported in walls and ceilings of his bath and a bedroom. Mike tested, confirmed it was mold, determined the source and offered a plan for treatment and remediation - without any demolition. He was great. Tenants would only have to vacate premises for hours - not days. We scheduled work around tenants' next availability. Mike committed to supervise all work himself, on that schedule. When finished, he retested to make sure ALL mold spores were gone. I could not be more pleased with everything, including the clean smell and appearance. And their warranty. I definitely recommend Pure Maintenance and it's remediation methodology.”

“When I inspected a house I own, I found visible mold. My grandchildren were set to move in. I found Mike on google. He responded immediately and came the next day. He understood my predicament and in two days the treatment was done. He treated the air vents too. I was suprised to get pictures of the process in the house as he was doing it. I was so relieved. Afterwards The visible mold was even gone. I highly recommend Pure Mold Maintenance.”

“Love that the mold can be killed without tearing down the walls by using a fog. Honest inspection. Great experience dealing with this company.”

“Mike was fantastic! We will recommend their service to everyone”

“I have to say…this is one of the best experiences I have had with a company in South Florida. I worked personally with Mike and he was not only friendly and professional, but so understanding of my situation. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all of my outstanding questions. I am not so knowledgeable in the subject of mold and mold removal and he was understanding and patient with me in his explanations. Scheduling was easy and he was very flexible. I highly recommend reaching out to Mike and working with this company. He gets the job done effectively and efficiently. He makes sure a very challenging and tough situation is handled and put in trusted hands.”

Mike is very professional throughout and communicated every step. I was really put to ease with the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike and Pure Maintenance Mold Removal.”

“Two years ago I became very ill in my home and mold was discovered. I had the regular "tear em up" remediation in my home; it was intense and overwelming. Since I got so sick I was always paranoid. I heard about Pure Maintenance protocol from a friend and decided I would have my home fogged by this method to keep it safe and sanitized, just in case. Mike was so professional and always accommodating to several changes I had to make to the dates of service. He was clean and respectful of my property. After the service I could feel the freshness in my home. I have decided, although not necessary, to do this fogging yearly to sanitize my home. I highly recommend pure maintenance. The experience was smooth and seamless. Thank You, Mike”
