Who We Work With
Buildings with people who can’t just leave.
We treat commercial buildings with the same vapor we use in houses. The extra work is planning: tenants, staff, and customers stay out of the treated area while we work, and owners want the scope on paper before we start.
Landlords and property managers
A tenant reports a smell or dark spots in a bathroom. We find the moisture source and schedule treatment around the tenant, so they are out for hours, not days.
Condo associations and HOAs
After a leak or a flood, several units can need attention at once. We work through them with the board, the dry-out company, and the contractors doing repairs.
Offices, shops, and restaurants
We agree on a time that keeps the business running. Only the area being treated has to be empty, and it is usually back in use the same day.
Seasonal and short-term rentals
Units closed up for the summer with the AC set high often grow mold. We can usually treat between bookings.
“I cannot speak highly enough about Pure Maintenance’s mold removal service. As a real estate owner and realtor, finding a trustworthy and dependable provider in this space can be challenging. They worked closely with me and my contractor to remove mold from a home in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend them and their process!”

Frequently Asked
Commercial jobs: common questions.
Does the whole building have to be empty?
No. Only the units or rooms being treated. We agree on which ones with you beforehand, and people can usually go back in the same day.
Can you treat one unit in a condo building?
We can. With shared walls and stacked AC closets we'll ask about the neighboring units, and if the moisture looks like it comes from next door, we'll tell you.
How do you price commercial work?
After the site visit, in writing. The price depends on the size of the space and what is causing the mold. The first consultation is free.
Do you work with our other contractors?
After water damage there is often a dry-out company and a repair contractor on site too. We fit our treatment around their schedule so repairs aren't held up.
